Welcome to beef.ch! As the event and adventure channel of Suckler Cow Switzerland, we present various offers. At present, the adventure trails in Meierskappel and Malleray are open, and the children’s booklet “Lea and Ben” is a real hit. What is more, our classic, the actual “beef.ch”, can take off once again, after a two-year “corona” break.

From 8 to 17 September 2022, Beef Cattle Switzerland will be participating in FOOD ZURICH for the first time as part of a special beef.ch event!
FOOD ZURICH is one of the world’s largest food festivals. Spread over various squares and locations in the city, it is combined with a variety of different events. From bread baking classes, wine tastings and vegetable preserving to the Slow Food Market, the festival offers an incredibly wide range of activities.

At FOOD ZURICH, we focus on our quality labels. Due to the location in the heart of Zurich, we deliberately refrain from exhibiting suckler cow breeds. Our stand is very centrally located and is part of the Festival Centre on Europaallee, right next to the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station).
From 8 to 17 September 2022, we will open our doors to you every day at 11.00 a.m. and look forward to many interesting conversations and questions on the topic of (meat from) suckler cow husbandry.
In addition to the informative part, we will be serving selected Natura-Beef second cuts. The holistic utilisation of the animals is a central topic, of which we would like to make our guests fully aware.

We are very much looking forward to the guest appearance of Mirjam Eberle at our stand on Friday 9 September 2022 from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Mirjam Eberle is a chef, and during her career has worked in a variety of internationally renowned restaurants. In 2019 she became self-employed and now offers cooking courses, workshops and catering.
In the afternoon of 9 September at our stand in the Europaallee she will be preparing small tasting dishes under the motto ‘from nose to tail’. The preparations begin at 2 pm and from 4.30 pm it’s ’bon appetit’! – on a first come, first served basis, as there’s only a limited number of dishes to try out.
We look forward to welcoming both interested tasters and guests!
